Intense aromas and flavours, refined and elegant, with hints of sour red cherry, blueberry, violet and flint. Smooth tannins, full-bodied and a long fresh finish.
Grapes are hand harvested in October. Alcoholic fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks for 20 days followed by malolactic fermentation. The wine then remains in tank for three months before bottling.
