This wine is deep-purple in colour. Subtle and seductive aromas of red berries on the nose open up on the palate with finesse, balance and a beautiful freshness. It has a gorgeously round mouthfeel with soft, velvety tannins.

Production Notes
Picking began in the early mornings to retain freshness. The grapes underwent a period of cold maceration, prior to fermentation which lasted for 20 days. Gentle punch downs and pumping over were carried out to extract silky tannins. The wine was then aged in large oak barrels for 10 months, before being transferred to stainless steel tanks for a further six months ageing prior to bottling.
