This wine is ruby red in colour. On the nose, there are ripe red fruit aromas of strawberries and red plums. On the palate, the ripe fruit flavours are well balanced by juicy tannins and fresh acidity. A full and flavoursome red, with fresh fruit lingering on the finish.

Production Notes
Upon arrival at the winery the grapes were destemmed and gently crushed. The must was fermented at controlled temperatures of 23ºC-25°C, with the aim of preserving the bright fruit flavours. After malolactic fermentation, the wine was kept in tank for around six months. The wine was then blended, cold-stabilised, fined and filtered before bottling.
