The wine is deep ruby red in colour with violet reflections. Complex and intense on the nose - black berry fruit along with hints of coffee, vanilla and spices. The palate is full bodied and fruity, with ripe tannins giving a firm yet smooth finish.

Production Notes
On arrival at the winery, the grapes were de-stemmed and crushed delicately to retain the fruit flavours and avoid and bitterness from the seeds. Fermentation took place at 26 °C for 15 days. The wine was then transferred into oak barrels for 8 months maturation.
