The Apple Brandy is double-distilled in a pot still and aged for three years in American oak casks, resulting in a rich and fruity flavour profile full of stewed apple and sweet spice.

Winchester Distillery, established by Paul Bowler in 2014, produces premium spirits inspired by the Hampshire countryside and its wealth of local botanicals.
Everything is made by hand in small batches using their closely-guarded recipes as a guide and the master distiller's twisted nose to fine-tune each batch to perfection.
