This series will explore the steps wineries are taking to protect their ecosystems and to limit their impact on the environment. We’ll be exploring the world of organic wine, taking a look at the radical world of ‘natural’ wine and peeking back at some winemaking history.
With social interaction with real people in the real world on the horizon we took inspiration from the great outdoors – most of these wines are picnic friendly and you can leave the corkscrew at home! (note: one of these requires a corkscrew, another a beer bottle opener)
How does it work?
Each week we taste one wine. All you need to do is to buy that wine and make sure to leave us your email address. We will email you details for our FREE Zoom tasting on Thursday evenings at 6pm and tips on some food matching. All you need to do is grab a glass and pour! Cat will take you through a brief introduction to the grape variety(ies) and style and we’ll taste the wine together.
There is also an opportunity to ask questions, whatever is on your mind. Cat can’t promise to be able to answer the deeper meaning of life but she’s pretty good at most things wine.
If you like wine and want to know a bit more, these tastings are for you – they’re relaxed, informal and fun. The tasting lasts about half an hour giving you time to then head off and prepare some dinner to enjoy with the rest of your wine!
