In a Nutshell
Deliciously aromatic Sauvignon Blanc from the cool Trentino hills
Intense yet refined with lychee, elderflower, tropical fruit and lemon zest mingling with a fresh, herby note. The palate is zesty and taut, giving way to citrus and white peach notes, with a lightly grassy finish and crisp acidity.
Laid out, de-stalked grapes undergo cold maceration for 12 hours to facilitate extraction of the aromas. After this the grapes are soft pressed and undergo temperature controlled fermentation.
