Golden in colour with aromas of dried fig, nuts, honey and sultana. A velvety palate with more nutty dried fruit flavours, a hint of caramel apple and a balsamic note on the finish that freshens the palate perfectly. Great with a cheese board or with Cantuccini.

Following harvest the grapes are dried for 3 months before pressing, and aged in 100 litre oak caratelli for 3 years before bottling and a further 3 month maturation at the winery before release.
