Cantina Colli del Soligo
Located midway between Conegliano and Valdobbiadene, the Cantina Colli del Soligo was formed in 1957 by a group of local vine growers who were united by their love for Prosecco and their land.
The vineyards are situated on hills of volcanic origin, that reach an altitude of 400 meters above sea level. The cool air from the Alps ensures low humidity even during winter, giving Prosecco its stability and structure. The cooperative now has a total of 700 partners and produces 115,000 tons of grapes a year. All the Soligo wines have a very distinctive personality, especially the Spumante.
