Deep garnet in colour. The nose presents an excellent bouquet of small red berry fruits, which are deliciously jammy on the palate with undertones of spice. This lovely fruit is balanced with crisp freshness and round tannins on the palate, giving a great structure and elegance. Nicely juicy.

The grapes were destemmed with juice pumped over the skins to better extract the flavours and tannins from the skins and only using indigenous yeast fermenting in steel.
