The bouquet is intense with orange blossom and jasmine aromas. Full and round, the palate has intense notes of dried mango, lemon curd, ripe melon, peach and apricot. Silky and opulent in the mouth and kept in good balance by a fresh acidity.

Late (excluding the Trebbianello variety, 5%). Harvest takes place in the first or second week of October in order to obtain a long (concentrated) phenolic maturation on the vine. The grapes are harvested by hand and a careful selection of the ripe bunches is
required when they are in a perfect condition. The grapes are fermented together to express the character of the territory to the utmost. Fermentation takes place cold, with a long period on the natural yeasts until May.
