Lightly floral on the nose, with a waft of honey and lightly peachy fruit. The palate is delicately citrussy with a light spritz from this lower pressure frizzante, with more of that rounded fruit showing in the mid palate. Light, fresh and only lightly sparkling this is a wonderful aperitif.

Frizzante wine is lower pressure than Spumante . The bubbles are a result of the addition of tirage, in this case 15-25 g/l concentrated grape must is added as part of the liqueur d'expedition before secondary fermentation. All conducted in stainless steel tanks. Residual sugar is 13g/L
