This Rosato is a vibrant pink in colour. The attractive nose boasts distinct aromas of white peach and wild strawberries. On the palate, the wine is dry with a savoury, mineral character and a mouth-filling core of ripe orchard fruit, leading to a clean, fresh finish.

Production Notes
The grapes were picked by hand into small boxes. Once at the winery, they were carefully sorted on a conveyor belt to ensure that only those in pristine condition made it into the wine. The grapes were then destemmed, gently pressed and gravity-fed into the fermentation tank to undergo 8 hours of pre-fermentation maceration on the skins, to extract both colour and aromas. Fermentation took place at controlled temperatures of 16°C. The fermented wine remained on its fine lees for 5 months to enhance complexity, before being bottled and released.
