Yellow straw colour with grassy tinges. Floral on the nose, reminiscent of honey and acacia blossom and fresh fruit such as pears and apples. Full-bodied, honeyed yellow fruit on the palate with a creamy roundness. Hints of almond on the finish with a dash of well-balanced acidity.

50% of the white grapes undergo soft pressing and 50% undergo 10 hours of cryomaceration; fermentation at constant temperature of 16° - 18° C, and then complete malolactic fermentation. 5 months in steel vats on the fine yeasts, followed by 2 months of bottle ageing.
