Bright straw yellow in colour. Vibrant aromas of apple with floral notes of wisteria and acacia blossom which follow on to the vibrant, fresh palate. The 2018 Prosecco is dry and refreshing with good complexity and a rounded mouthfeel from the extended lees contact.

Production Notes
Fermentation takes place at a controlled temperature of 14° C. The juice then spends a minimum of four months ageing on its lees in stainless steel tanks. A secondary fermentation then takes place large, closed, pressurised tanks over 60 days using selected yeasts (Charmat method).
