The Golden Rum has been pot distilled to 80% to retain the complex aromas from the fermentation, and aged in virgin oak casks for 6 months, creating a full, rich flavour profile.

Winchester Distillery, established by Paul Bowler in 2014, produces premium spirits inspired by the Hampshire countryside and its wealth of local botanicals.
Everything is made by hand in small batches using their closely-guarded recipes as a guide and the master distiller's twisted nose to fine-tune each batch to perfection.
