Winchester Dry Gin

Copper pot distilled in small batches Winchester gin uses 25 medieval botanicals commonly used in food and medicine in the period; one for each Knight seated at the table with King Arthur himself on the throne at the head of the table represented by Juniper.

Winchester Distillery, established by Paul Bowler in 2014, produces premium spirits inspired by the Hampshire countryside and its wealth of local botanicals.

Everything is made by hand in small batches using their closely-guarded recipes as a guide and the master distiller's twisted nose to fine-tune each batch to perfection.

The products you see here are Winchester Distillery's classic range of products - but it's worth popping in to see us as we often get tiny batches of the weird and definitely unusual!
